Get ready to plan a great summer.

The Summer School offers flexible scheduling over four sessions. Take classes you need or focus on one of our programs or institutes:

  • Pre-health options: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Med Prep I & II
  • Essentials: Anthropology, Philosophy, Economics, Math, Political Science, Linguistics, Psychology
  • Innovation: Entrepreneurship and Design Thinking
  • Intensive Chinese and Japanese; Intensive Latin
  • Summer Writers Institute

The Summer Programs and Conference Services team will help you find a great place to live this summer. They offer:

  • Summer School housing on the South 40 at a discounted nightly rate
  • On- and off-campus research and internship apartments at a discounted flat rate for the summer
  • Special activities such as moonlight yoga, pool parties, and barbecues

The Career Center can help you find a meaningful summer experience. Remember:

  • Many organizations hire interns in January and February
  • WashU hires summer workers and interns
  • Search CAREERlink, the Career Center’s online job and internship database, or take advantage of our walk-in hours (Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
